For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Gotobuuy, accessible from https://www.gotobuuy.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on 

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

 

Incorrect or Missing Items: Upon delivery, please thoroughly check the items you received. If there are items from your order that are missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Damaged or Broken item(s): If your order is received damaged or broken, please do not use it. *It may be dangerous to do so*. Please do not throw away any broken item BEFORE contacting us. We may require a photo of the damage before a replacement/refund can be offered.

 

 

3 Month Manufactures Warranty:

Gotobuuy offers a 3-month manufacture warranty on all products.

If you experience any issues with your device(s), please contact our customer service team. Clearly state the fault and order number/proof of purchase in your email to [email protected]

 

Please note if a product requires replacement, the customer will have to pay for their own shipping when returning the item(s).

Any products/accessories, etc., that were damaged due to user misuse does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

Returns by mail USA Only: Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in their original (recived) condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).

 

Before returning any item, contact our customer service team for a return reference number. They will then advise of the USA return shipping address and return case number. 

 

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Gotobuuy.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.

 

Delivery Claims: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: 

Within 24 hours of the expected delivery, please do the following actions & measures stated below:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. e.g. neighbor, other members of the household.
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should contact [email protected] to get the return reference number and return address.

 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

We are unable to issue a refund/replacement without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Refunds by credit card can take 7 to 14 days to process by the card-issuing company.
